 Top of the Chop Private Dining will be your favorite place to host an event!

The "Top of the Chop"  has a great view of Palm Canyon from its open air terrace, complete with a beatiful rock outdoor fireplace and fire pit seating; heated in winter, misted in warm weather.

 We create each event with our talented team of event planners, chefs and of course, you! Menu options are limited only by your imagination. Some terrific options may be a casual barbeque buffet dinner, or premium buffet with seafood, steaks, carving station, freshly grilled seafood and a dessert station. On the other spectrum, we offer five-star service with white tablecloth service set against the beautiful backdrop of the San Jacinto Mountain range. Our huge private balcony keeps you warm in the winter with overhead heaters, a gorgeous fireplace and cozy firepit. We recently had a group that enjoyed a casual buffet, topped off with"build your own s'mores!", toasted right over our firepit!

 On the libation side, we offer everything from house wines and domestic beer to the finest premium spirits!
